At Bounce Back for Pets, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. Please read our policy below:
We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged Products: If a product is damaged upon delivery, we require valid proof that the damage occurred during shipping.
- Wrong or Missing Items: If your order is incorrect or an item is missing upon delivery, valid proof must show that the issue existed prior to the customer opening the box.
To be eligible for a return, the above conditions must be met within 15 days of the delivery date.
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at infobouncebackforpets@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and valid proof (photos or videos) of the damage, wrong item, or missing item.
- Wait for Instructions: We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item if it meets our eligibility criteria.
All returned items must be in their original packaging. Items that are not in their original condition will not be accepted.
Please note that any custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
